One vendor roster
Keep names, categories and contact details private to your organizer account.
Keep market dates, vendor assignments, open booths and manually recorded fees together. Built for organizers who need the roster right, not another giant event suite.

Block duplicate booth labels and double-assigning a vendor at the same market.
Mark fees unpaid, paid or waived manually, then export a clean event-day CSV.
This workspace is part of the portable local beta. Do not enter real customer information until hosting, backups and privacy review are completed.
No subscriptions or payment collection are active in this beta. Pilot pricing is a proposal, not a live checkout.
One market date, up to 40 booths and 40 vendor aliases, CSV import assistance and a 30-minute organizer walkthrough.
Each market date has its own booth labels, allowing reuse across weeks.
Record names and categories, then assign one booth per vendor per date.
Mark manual fee status and export the roster. Paid status is not proof of payment.
Journal: Why booth assignments deserve their own ledger. Even small markets can accidentally promise the same stall twice when updates arrive by text and spreadsheet. This focused beta records assignments and changes in one place, without claiming to replace contracts, permits or payment processing.
There is no monitored support channel configured yet. The private note form below stores an account note but does not notify anyone.
Source beta for evaluation only. Organizer account records are stored in an account-scoped database when self-hosted. Do not upload sensitive vendor records to unverified deployments. Data is not shared publicly by design, but independent security, privacy, backup and compliance audits have not been completed. No warranty, uptime SLA, refund handling or live payment processing is provided. Local account notes are not monitored support requests. Terms and privacy notices require review before public onboarding.
